Welcome to CircleRight – HP Virtual HR Consultants & Advisory. By using our services via PhonePe, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Services

 

We provide HR consulting, compliance, training, policy-making, and advisory services to clients. All engagements are based on mutually agreed service scopes, timelines, and fees.

 

2. Payments

 

All payments made via PhonePe are for professional services as discussed and agreed upon in writing (email, invoice, or contract). Payments once made are acknowledged and logged against the client record.

 

3. No Physical Goods

 

CircleRight does not sell or ship physical products. All services are delivered virtually or on-site as per agreement.

 

4. No Return Policy

 

Since our services are intellectual and consultative in nature, returns are not applicable. Please refer to our refund policy below for any clarifications.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and responding in a timely manner to enable service delivery. Any delay or non-cooperation may impact service timelines.

 

6. Amendments

 

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 10th June, 2025

 

At CircleRight, we aim to provide quality and value-driven HR services. However, we understand that circumstances may require cancellation or review.

 

 

Refund Eligibility:

 

• Refunds are only considered for advance payments where services have not yet started.

• If any work has commenced (consultation, research, documentation, or delivery), refunds are not applicable.

• Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the month begins.

 

 

Refund Request Process:

 

• Email us at consult@circleright.in within 3 days of payment with your reason for request.

• We will review your request within 7 working days and process an eligible refund to the original payment method via PhonePe.​​

• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 days.

​

 

Non-Refundable Items:

 

• Consulting calls, documentation work, training sessions once scheduled or delivered.

• Delays or dissatisfaction not caused by CircleRight.
